The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is dedicated to effectively representing the citizens of Hamilton County, its governmental agencies and elected officials, as authorized by the laws of the state of Ohio.

Through its efforts on behalf of the citizens of Hamilton County, this office strives to limit the impact of violent crime by aggressively prosecuting violent criminals by using every available means. It is a central goal of the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office to provide compassionate and steadfast assistance to victims of crime. We are strongly committed to protecting the rights of victims of crime, and to helping restore a sense of dignity and security in their lives.
