Two more teenagers indicted in Price Hill Halloween shooting

A Hamilton County grand jury today indicted 17-year-old Terrance Davis and 15-year-old Deondrae Berryman for their involvement in the Price Hill Halloween shooting.

Davis and Berryman, who were bound over from juvenile court, were indicted on one count of Attempted Murder, two counts of Aggravated Robbery and two counts of Felonious Assault.

On October 31, 2005, the defendants and Otis Clark, 18, who was indicted on November 14 th, posed as trick-or-treaters and forced their way into the home of 84-year-old Charles Iles. The defendants demanded money from the victim and his wife. Berryman shot Iles twice in the chest as he tried to call 911.

All three defendants are currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. Berryman is being held on a $ 3 million dollar bond. Davis and Clark are each being held on a $1.5 million dollar bond.
