A Hamilton County Grand Jury indicts an educational assistant from Sycamore Junior High School on child pornography charges


A Hamilton County grand jury indicted an Amberley Village man on 25 counts including Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor, Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles, Gross Sexual Imposition and Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material.

Frederick Robbins, 50, was arrested on September 3, 2006 in an Amberley Village neighborhood after a mother found the defendant exposing himself to her 7-year-old daughter and another 8-year-old girl in his backyard on Bluegrass Lane.

After the defendant’s arrest, the Amberley Village Police Department executed a search warrant at the defendant’s residence and located an extensive collection of child pornography in his bedroom.

The defendant is an educational assistant at Sycamore Junior High School. He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
