Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters Announces the Indictment of Robert Seper


Today, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of 18 year old Green Township resident Robert Super on charges of Kidnapping (F1), Gross Sexual Imposition (F4), A ggravated Burglary (F1), and Felonious Assault (F2). These charges carry a possible maximum sentence of up to 41 years incarceration.

Robert Super is accused of sexually assaulting two Green Township residents in March and October, 2008. In the March incident he is accused of grabbing the victim near the victim's car and sexually assaulting the victim. In the October incident he is accused of taking the victim from a residence and sexually assaulting the victim.

The Green Township Police Department and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office conducted the investigation.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph Deters commented, "It is a relief to have this defendant arrested. Our goal is that he will serve a long time behind bars."
