Hamilton County Prosector Joseph T. Deters announces the indictment of Michael Taylor (aka "Madness") for Felonious Assault


Today, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of Michael Taylor (DOB 11-22-71) for the January 24th felonious assault of Robert Meehan.

Taylor is charged with 2 counts of Felonious Assault (Felony 2). If convicted, he faces the possibility of up to 16 years in prison.

Today's indictment charges Taylor with the early morning unprovoked beating of Mr. Meehan at 631 Walnut Street in downtown Cincinnati. Mr. Meehan suffered serious facial injuries after being punched multiple times and struck in the face with a beer bottle. Mr. Meehan has been released from the hospital.

Taylor was apprehended in Las Vegas, Nevada and returned to Cincinnati on March 4th to face these charges.
