Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announces arrest of Jessica Gamble

 

Mom teaches 2- year-old daughter to smoke marijuana.

Today Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the September 10th arrest of Springfield Township resident Jessica Gamble (DOB 5-12-89) on one count of felony Corrupting Another with Drugs (Felony 4).

Gamble is charged with providing marijuana on June 12, 2010 to her 2- year-old daughter at their resident at 7473 Edgemont. Video of this incident was captured on Gamble's cell phone and provided to Jobs and Family Services.

Jobs and Family Services removed the child from the care of her mother.

Gamble remains in jail under a $10,000 bond at 10% awaiting her September 20th court date for a grand jury report in Courtroom A. The nature and scope of her charges will be determined by the grand jury.

Prosecutor Deters commented, "It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching her 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint. There are just some people who should never have children."
