Pippin is charged with 4 different sexual assaults or attempted sexual assaults occurring on April 1, 2012, August 24, 2012, September 1, 2012 and November 2, 2012.  With the exception of the November 2, 2012 incident, police suspect that Pippin targeted his victims and followed them home from the Knotty Pine Bar in Colerain Township.   Police suspected that they were looking for a serial rapist given the similarity in physical description of the perpetrator and witness description of his vehicle.  They put out a composite drawing of the suspected rapist.   The defendant’s DNA was later matched to evidence in the case.

The November 2, 2012 incident involves Counts 11- 20 and charge Pippin with sexually assaulting a minor female and filming the incident at his Colerain Township home.  Count 21 charges Pippin with Receiving Stolen Property involving a firearm.

Pippin is currently indicted and held in the Hamilton County Justice Center in Case No. B1208364 for 1 count of Burglary (Felony 2), 2 counts of Felonious Assault (Felony 2), and I count of Having Weapons While Under Disability (Felony 3).  In one of the Felonious Assault cases, Pippin is charged with striking the victim with a fake gun after the victim accused him of being the Knotty Pine rapist.

If anyone has any information about this case or other cases that Pippin may have been involved in, please contact Delhi Police Det. Joe Macalusco at 513-922-0060.

Prosecutor Deters commented, “This is a very dangerous individual who will hopefully spend the rest of his life in prison.

I want to thank the Delhi Police Department, the Cincinnati Police Department, and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for their excellent police work in this case.

This piece of human garbage deserves to rot in prison for the rest of his life.”
