HAMILTON COUNTY PROSECTOR JOSEPH T. DETERS AND DELHI POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCE THE INDICTMENT OF PAUL SHORT
On February 22, 2010 the Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted Cheviot resident Paul Short (DOB 7/10/63) for Rape (Felony 1),
2 counts of Sexual Battery (Felony 3), Corruption of a Minor (Felony 3) and 4 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition (Felony 3). If convicted of
all charges, he faces the possibility of over 50 years in prison.
The investigation revealed inappropriate sexual conduct dating back to the 1980's and early 1990's. The victim in the
indictment was a young teenage boy during the time alleged in the indictment.
