Meadows, along with others, beat another man to death with sticks, shovels, and other objects. The victim died from multiple injuries that caused severe brain damage. Many of the victim’s bones were shattered. He had multiple skull fractures. His left arm was broken. There were blunt force injuries to his head, neck, face, chest, abdomen, and back. The beating was so severe that the coroner compared it to injuries you would expect to see occur after high-speed car crashes, a pedestrian being hit by a truck, or a person falling from a high building or bridge onto their head. The victim was beaten to death because he was white and Meadows and his cohort did not like white people.

Meadows beat a man to death because of the color of his skin. Meadows was given a life sentence and he deserves to serve that sentence. The Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office urges this Board to deny Meadows any kind of early release due to the brutality of the murder.
