Walker, with a prior history of attacking women for the purpose of sexually assaulting them, broke into the apartments of four different women and raped them. Walker admitted that, before being arrested, he either attempted to or did break into fourteen homes with the intent to rob and rape the women inside. At some homes, the women were able to escape or scare him off. At others, he fought with the women in order to subdue and rape them. His victims in the crimes for which he is incarcerated ranged from 18 to 75 years old.



Walker told the police after his arrest that on more than one occasion, he returned to the homes where he had raped his victims and planned on raping them again. When no one was home, he often stole items from the residences before fleeing. Psychiatric reports stated that Walker had formed the habit of being restless at night, wandering around in search for houses to break into in order to rape and steal from the women he encountered inside.

In short, he was a serial rapist who terrorized women all across Cincinnati until his arrest. Due to the violent sexual offenses against multiple victims, in addition to breaking into their homes to rob them, our office strongly opposes any type of early release for this serial rapist.
