Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich urges public to oppose parole of "Senior Stalker"
Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich URGES PUBLIC TO OPPOSE PAROLE OF "SENIOR STALKER"
Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich is calling on the public to oppose parole for Dale Jackson, a violent offender dubbed the “Senior Stalker” because he specifically targeted elderly victims.
Jackson’s violent crime spree began in the fall 1987 and only ended when he was arrested in March 1988. Before he was apprehended, he terrorized elderly victims across Hamilton County by forcing his way into their homes, assaulting them, and stealing their belongings.
While Jackson was ultimately convicted of multiple counts of aggravated robbery, robbery, and aggravated burglary for crimes against eight individuals, he confessed to committing at least 15 such robberies. His known victims were 61 to 95 years old.
For his violent crimes, Jackson was sentenced to 90-150 years in prison. Next month, the Ohio Parole Board will be considering whether to release him on parole.
Prosecutor Pillich is urging citizens to write to the Ohio Parole Board and request that Jackson be denied parole.
“Dale Jackson terrorized our community for months,” said Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich. “He violently and deliberately targeted the most vulnerable among us. I have no doubt that if he is released, he’ll reoffend. My job is to protect this community from predators like him, and I urge the parole board to do the same.”
People who wish to voice their opposition may submit letters prior to its August 30, 2025, hearing.
